Squat. You have to fill up the little purple bucket on the left
to flush. The stick in the corner is to assist flushing of problem
waste. The big green basin is laundry being washed. The shower
controls are on the wall on the left with the shower out of frame.
All of the water from the shower drains thought the squat. Don't
drop your soap!
